The two living legends of Tamil cinema, Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan, were last seen together in K. Balachander’s Ninaithaley Inikkum.
Since then, much to the disappointment of their millions of fans, the two powerhouses of talent have not shared screen space again.
It is said that the two actors have always made a conscious effort to ensure that their films are not released on the same dates, thereby ensuring box-office success for each of them.
Now the buzz is that Kamal and Rajini recently had a ‘secret’ meeting to decide on the release dates for their respective much-awaited films, Viswaroopam and Kochadaiyaan, both of which were speculated to hit the screens on the same day. This bit of ‘news’ has caused quite a stir amongst die-hard fans of both the actors.
